Kathy served on the Board of Scripps Health, a $4.9B not-for-profit integrated healthcare system for more than 12 years, providing leadership, oversight and policymaking during such crisis events as the COVID pandemic and a ransomware cyberattack. Her leadership roles included six years as Audit and Compliance Committee Chair, and two years as Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee and the Investment Committee, respectively.

Kathy is the President of the Board of the Eola-Amity Hills Winegrowers Association, a trade association of 130+ wineries, vineyards and associated businesses Oregon’s Willamette Valley.
